We are looking for a Senior Advisor to provide quality service and support to the Deputy Chief Executive of the Strategic & Corporate Services (DCE, S&CS) Division. This role has lots of variety, challenges and an opportunity to influence

The Strategic & Corporate Services (S&CS) Division works across NZQA as trusted business advisors to our colleagues. The Division provide services to enable NZQA's service delivery and ensure it delivers on its goals now and into the future.
The Senior Advisor to the DCE, S&CS role will support the effective and high-quality production of advice, reporting and updates by the S&CS Division, S&CS led governance bodies for the NZQA Strategic Leadership Team, the NZQA Board and Board Committees.
The role also provides secretariat support for a number of S&CS led governance bodies and provides trusted advice and support to the DCE S&CS across a range of organisational matters as required.
Skills and experience

**To be successful in this position, you will need**:

- experience in working with senior management.
- excellent organisational, time and priority management skills.
- well-developed computer skills particularly in the Microsoft Office suite.
- highly developed written skills.
- the ability to quickly establish, build and maintain strong, effective working relationships.
- to be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Knowledge of graphic design or information design would be an advantage
