**About the Role**

This EA role supports DCE, Service Delivery Design.

As you’d expect, you will be providing executive administrative services and support to the DCE to enable them to deliver across all areas of their role. Ideally if would be great if you have had experience supporting at this level previously.

Day to day tasks will look like:

- Manage DCE’s diary & in-box
- Liaising with external & internal stakeholders
- Logistics around flights, accommodation and events
- Planning & coordinating Senior leadership meetings (some minutes may be required)
- Support project work within the Branch

**Skills you need**:

- EA support to a senior leader
- Excellent time management skills
- Confident dealing with critical tasks, using good judgement
- Professional, tactful and discreet
- High level of resilience and a positive attitude
- Open, honest and confident communication skills
