About the DCE Office
The DCE's Office advocates MCP's (Maori, Communities and Partnerships) position through strategic, credible and effective stakeholder relationships. It ensures that the DCE's workflow and responsibilities are proactively managed to ensure the timely coordination and delivery of MCP's work programme and key deliverables. The Office contributes to delivering services that ensure MCP fulfils the Statement of Intent and key performance indicators accountabilities.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Experience in managing work programmes, business project and change management.
- Proven experience in managing dependencies and benefit across programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, both internally and externally, with the ability to establish credibility at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present ideas to senior management.
- The ability to adopt new ways of working and foster a culture of innovation.
- Proven experience using reporting tools such.
- Strong problem solving and risk assessment skills.
This role involves producing strong and robust analysis of data and the ability to incorporate this data into a capability perspective. It's imperative that you'll be able to create persuasive arguments to support your strategic thinking and see how your mahi directly impacts MSD's outcomes.
Position Description
**Salary range**: $136,999.00 - $170,488.00
