**What You'll Do**:
As a Partnerships Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization and the SaaS industry. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong partnerships, ultimately driving increased referrals and revenue. You'll work closely with our existing and inbound prospective Channel Partners, acting as their trusted point of contact and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your days will be filled with a variety of engaging activities, including conducting partnership reviews, educational sessions, and relationship-building initiatives. By effectively scoping partnership opportunities and developing strategies, you'll help our partners leverage our cutting-edge SaaS platform to create great shipping experiences for their customers. Through proactive communication and collaboration, you'll ensure our partners stay informed about software upgrades and new product features, providing them with the necessary training and support.

**What Success Looks Like**:

- Acting as the primary contact and trusted partner for our Channel Partners, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Implementing an effective call cycle, conducting quarterly partnership reviews, educational sessions, and other value-add relationship-building activities.
- Proactively communicating with Partners regarding software upgrades and new product features, providing necessary training.
- Establishing and maintaining a deep understanding of our Channel Partners' business by providing insightful analysis, reporting, and feedback.
- Actively participating in the development and execution of the business strategy, driving key initiatives throughout the year.
- Participating in networking events, expos, and meetups in both Australia and New Zealand.

**What You Bring**:

- 4+ years of experience in Channel Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience in building strong, solution-driven partner relationships.
- Excellent presentation skills and comfortable using different delivery modes to gain audience trust.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong administrative skills, ensuring ongoing CRM hygiene.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to bi-monthly requirement).
