We're looking for a **Senior Manager, Partnerships** to join our Partnerships team in APAC. As the Senior Manager, Partnerships - APAC, you will use your experience leading business development and channel sales teams to create net new value through a variety of activities such as new partnership acquisition, new approaches to monetising existing customer flows and/or opening up new regions and business types to sell the Lightspeed platform and services.

With dynamic and customer-centric leadership, you bring a blend of energy and drive, strategic thinking and an ability to zoom in and out on different parts of the Lightspeed business looking for opportunities to grow, and then mobilise a Partnerships team to prospect, engage, negotiate, close and then monetize with partners.

Reporting to the MD of APAC and working across both the retail and the hospitality verticals, this role involves significant opportunity to interact with all parts of the organisation at all levels and highly impact Lightspeed's global growth journey.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage and continue building and growing a world-class Partnership team that manages the full life cycle of Partnerships, doing everything from identifying, qualifying, analysing, presenting a Partnership solution, negotiating and closing
- Spearhead the team's efforts in driving Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to consistently meet and surpass organisational benchmarks.
- Serve as the senior liaison for key partners, proactively addressing challenges, capitalising on opportunities, and ensuring their trajectory aligns with Lightspeed's growth aspirations. This includes attending and supporting PDMs in negotiations for large significant partners and attending Partner Development meetings with larger partners.
- Oversee that team KPIs and performance metrics are consistently achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Use analytical tools and data analysis to drive decisions to grow partnerships, identify new areas of opportunity and demonstrate business impact to internal and external stakeholders
- Fix and then optimise our APAC Partnership processes, by driving and managing central teams such as IS, IT, Corporate Data and Rev Ops
- Design and develop Partnership programs in collaboration with our Marketing, Sales, Success, Support, Finance and Product teams
- Develop accurate forecasts and manage activities in our CRM
- Collaborate with internal team members to maximise value of partnerships

- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role.

**What you need to bring**:

- Experience leading partnership teams; Software or tech experience preferred
- Excellent leadership or people management experience
- Experience with generating pipeline forecasts
- B2B relationship building skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive growth strategies
- You have a proven track record of engaging and executing strategic, distribution product and marketing partnerships
- Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce
