**The Company**
A key strategic IT Managed Services Provider for an Enterprise Technology firm in NZ, the role of Service Specialist has been created to drive value to customers through proactive IT Managed Services Support. They provide and implement Modern Workplace solutions into this market and continue to drive value across support, professional services, security and network operations.

**The Role**
Working in a highly effective ITIL based IT Service Desk Environment, this role will deliver outstanding customer oriented day to day Office365 and Windows 10/11 support to Mid to Large clients across NZ.

Your role will triage and resolve day to day tickets and service requests across the Office 365 suite including the escalation of tickets to L2 & L3 Engineers. Owning tickets through to resolution, you will deliver effective ticket communication to related stakeholders, customers and peers.

Technically, you will ideally demonstrate:

- 1-2 years commercial experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk or First Level Support role
- Deep and rich knowledge of Office365 and Admin Centre user management.
- Proven experience supporting and trouble shooting Windows 10 & Windows 11 Machines.
- Exposure to Mac Desktop, iPad and Mobile technologies would be highly desirable and beneficial.

**The Remuneration**
Working 9.30 - 6pm Monday to Friday and once training has been delivered (3 months), an on-call roster working one in every eight weeks, your remuneration is $60,000 base wage plus Kiwisaver, benefits and continued career opportunities (and the options are limitless overtime).
