**The Company**
We are currently partnering with an established organization at the forefront of engineering, maintenance, and construction, both locally in New Zealand and on a global scale. Our client is a renowned industry leader with a revenue exceeding $9 billion worldwide and have an expectation for continued growth. They are currently seeking a Level 2 onsite IT Support Analyst to bolster their IT operations.
As part of this close-knit and friendly IT team, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside specialists who boast extensive tenures within the organization. **The Role**
As a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst you will be instrumental in providing technical support both onsite and remote to internal staff and company clients. Your inquisitive technical know-how is the key that lets you provide excellent support, but it is your unwavering customer focus and dedication to a professional approach that will set you apart.
**Your Skills & Experience**
- A least two years practical experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of Network Support (routers / switches), and desktop support (Windows).
- Strong experience with Printers and various related hardware.
- Brilliant knowledge of Microsoft Office Support and Office 365.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Exceptional communication skills. (Verbal and Written)
**Your Profile**
You are a "people person" with a genuine passion for helping others. Even better, you know when to skip the tech talk, and can comfortably explain complex IT solutions to users without an IT background. Combine this with your technical insights and previous experience working on a helpdesk or IT support, and you are the perfect package our client is looking for.
