We have a vibrant, busy team - and looking for the right team members to come and join us We are currently **hiring for Service Desk Analysts**. Essentially you will be Penrose based with some work from home flexibility. The roles are rostered Monday - Sunday 24 x 7. We are seeking someone on a casual basis to provide us with approximately 20 hours a week - perfect for those who are not looking for full time hours or who are currently studying towards their ITIL qualifications. Foremost you need to be able to liaise with a variety of people and excellent verbal communication skills are required.

**Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity**

The Service Desk Analyst will provide efficient and effective service desk support to customers and all other key stakeholders. We are looking for people with the following attributes:

- You will be a customer focused individual and will be vital part of us delivering our services across NZ
- You understand the importance of giving an excellent customer service experience and willing to go the extra mile
- You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that client queries are resolved, within agreed timeframe

**Ngā Pūkenga me ngā Wheako - Skills & Experience**
- Experience working in a IT related customer service / contact centre environment - financial services or health preferred
- Prior Level 1 IT support along with an awareness of the ITIL framework
- Outstanding communication and administrative skills, a warm and approachable manner and tech-savvy
- Given that we have a busy environment it would be great if you consider yourself to be a quick learner with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage your time effectively with great attention to detail
- Certifications in Microsoft product support and diploma
- level IT education are favorable
