**About the role**

As a Financial Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business activities through efficient and accurate finance operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative financial processes and be part of a forward-thinking company that values continuous improvement.

In this role you will also;
- Facilitate accounts payable data and invoicing to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Process accounts receivable invoices for Corporate and Wholesale.
- Manage daily cash operations, including receipting and reconciling supplier queries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement.

**About you**

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and a knack for problem-solving.
- Financial administration experience in a corporate environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience with automated procure-to-pay systems is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on providing high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
