**About the role**
As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of our financial control environment. This exciting position will see you collaborate across a diverse range of organisational stakeholders to support our purchasing and accounts payable functions.
In this role you will also;
- Provide internal support and training for the Coupa system.
- Manage spend analytics reporting and resolve any anomalies.
- Oversee the reconciliation and control of RBNI (Receipted but not Invoiced).
- Enhance the use of preferred suppliers for non-major spend.
- Support the Finance Operations Manager and Purchasing Manager as needed.
**Please note this will be a 12-month fixed term position.**
**About you**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team player with expertise in financial operations and process improvement.
- Extensive experience in an accounts payable function in a large organisation.
- Experience using purchasing business systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Basware).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
