CCEP NZ has an exciting opportunity for an organised and efficient sales representative to join our inclusive team in our Auckland based National Contact Centre. This full-time Outbound Sales Consultant role comes with a competitive salary, many excellent benefits and the chance to progress your career at a thriving company.

As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will achieve sales volumes and profit targets by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities within the CCEP customer base. You will achieve your results by understanding your customer analytical data, being proactive in implementing sales initiatives, and being proficient in planning and time management.

In this role, you can expect to:

- Manage the mix and price of products within channel, customer and regional drivers
- Partner with our Territory Sales Managers to ensure compliance with the agreed contract, programme and pricing
- Identify opportunities to prompt on unordered products to prevent customers from running out of stock
- Achieve route volume, rate and revenue (NSR) budget
- Ensure completion/adherence to the agreed customer call cycle.
- At least 2 years of customer service or retail experience
- Being familiar with working towards KPIs and targets
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to work with customers to assess their needs to meet/exceed requirements and expectations
- Previous knowledge of SAP desirable
- Contact Centre and FMCG experience advantageous.
