We have an exciting opportunity based at our Corrugated Case business in Mangere Bridge, which provides innovative and high-quality cardboard packaging to the dairy, horticulture, industrial and food sectors.
Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, this role is responsible for managing the relationship with our existing smaller customers, focusing on maintaining and growing our business portfolio within the Corrugated carton market.
This is not your average phone-based role; you will gain exposure to the wider business through interacting with the design, manufacturing, sales, and distribution teams.
You will liaise with clients from the initial ordering stage right through to the delivery of the product.
This is a busy, solution-focused manufacturing environment where each call and each day will be different.
You will possess:
Strong outbound calling experience (3+ years) within a sales support/customer service role, focusing on retaining and growing existing customer business within the B2B market.Proven experience in maintaining existing customers & achieving internal sales targets by identifying customer Corrugated carton needs.Experience within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG sector.Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone with the ability to influence and negotiate with customers.Calm under pressure.Competent in Microsoft Office packages.We Offer:
