Customer Communication Specialist

Lion is on the hunt for a solution-focused and experienced Customer Communication Expert to join us in Auckland on a permanent full-time basis

About the Role:
Reporting directly to our Customer Change & Communications Leader, you will support the delivery of Lion’s Customer Communication Strategy and play a key role in driving sales growth through digital channels. You will lead our communication channels with customers through a concise comms and data strategy, being a customer’s advocate, and effortless CX.?
Your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
- Improve our customers’ emotional connection with Lion by engaging their hearts and minds via user testing.
- Develop process and drive efficiency via SMC - total use of features (current) and roadmap
- Plan and participate in the launch of new products through to the execution of communications as per the launch plan
- Support the development and execution of Lion channel strategy / Omni channel way to market
- Actively build communication engagement and capability amongst across Stakeholders
- Ensuring all NPD/top 10 activity is captured in relevant systems to milestone expectations
- Support development & execute all business communications in SMC
About You:
- Solution-focused and strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and high attention to detail.
- Data Management background and tech-savvy.
- Strong communication skills
- SAP experience & process management experience are desirable
