**About the role**
The Customer Resolutions Specialist is responsible for the swift and effective management and resolution of customer complaints, as well as responding to technical enquiries and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, customers and key influencers.

This role has a specific focus on preventative measures and resolving issues and concerns with customers before they get to formal complaint stage, with an end-goal of ensuring Vector’s customer relationships support the growth of Vector’s businesses and protect its reputation.

**Who we are looking for**
- You’ll have a wealth of previous experience in complaints resolution, with a strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
- Your interpersonal skills will be your strength, helping you build effective relationships both with customers and internal and external stakeholders
- You’ll have a keen eye for spotting opportunities for continuous improvement, coupled with the drive to implement them
- Ideally you will also be adept at collating and analysing data, identifying trends and generating reports and recommendations for improvement opportunities.
