Tu Ora Compass Health is about improving the health and wellbeing of our Communities through great primary health care. Our mental health and wellbeing team has grown, and we now need someone to help manage day to day operations.

Working closely with the Mental Health leadership team, you will support the role out and ongoing management of our Piki programme, our Access and Choice Wellbeing programme and our therapy programmes.

**This role is variety PLUS **Every programme needs people resources, facilities, programme governance, quality improvement cycles, reporting and training and communication. The leadership team need to have a good picture of supply and demand and to ensure they have mitigations in place for risks and emergent issues. The operations coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of this work.

On a day to day basis you could be organising orientation content, setting up community launches, helping write a newsletter, improving our workflow and processes, or presenting supply and demand forecasts for each programme.

**Key competencies include**:

- Project management
- Digital competencies including excel and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Meeting and event management
- Coordination of workforce development and training activities
- Communicating to internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Continually improving processes and workflow

This role suits an experienced organiser with the 'no project is too big or small' attitude. You will need to be experienced in project management, coordination and administration, and have proven ability to research, analyse and articulate relevant information.

You will also need the ability to work independently, show initiative and be accountable for your actions
