**About the Roles**:
As a Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating the day-to-day operations of the department. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless coordination between team members and efficient execution of tasks. You will be responsible for supporting various administrative functions, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Two of the positions are working within a HR team coordination and the third is more focused on the financial side.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing department schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize departmental records, documents, and files.
- Prepare and distribute departmental communications and reports as required.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute departmental events and meetings.

**Start Date**: These vacancies are full time permanent positions who would like someone to join them asap but are open to notice periods.

**About You**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience in a similar team administrative or coordinator role is preferred.
