The opportunity:
To provide administrative support and assistance to the Medical Claims Team and Claims team.

About the role:
- To ensure system-generated letters are processed and available for mail collections throughout the collection times each day- Indexing incoming faxes for the Medical Claims Team- Processing returned cheques and direct credits in liaison with customer service finance- Updating CMS, and ensuring returned funds are noted on the system- Taking customer calls, including internal and external for payment enquires- Run remittance schedule report from CMS, ensuring data is correct- Order stationary for the Medical Claims Team, and ensuring the printers and mail bay area is adequately stocked- Collating data and providing input into change recommendations and/or development of business rules- Assist in additional projects identified by the Medical Claims Manager

About you:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral- Superior relationship management experience, with a proven ability to develop deep relationships at all levels internally and externally- Strong computer skills - including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint- Interpersonal and team work skills- Ability to be autonomous within your role- Excellent attention to detail- Methodical and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Experience in the development and management of administrative processes to support effective outcomes
