**Role Purpose;**
- To establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
- Accurate and timely data entry.
- Uploading of hard copy information against the appropriate digital claim record.
- Modify and update database systems as required.
- Comply with our health and safety practices.
- Support the finance team to reconcile provider statements.
- General administration duties.
**Key Responsibilities;**
- ** Client service - **The implementation and delivery of services that meets contractual requirements.
- ** Client relationships - **Ensures client contacts and positive working relationships are maintained.
- ** AEP service teams - **Provide administrative support.
- ** Health and Safety** - Foster positive H&S practices.
- ** Personal Training** - Complete compulsory modules.
- ** Wellnz** - Develop relationships with and promote the interests of other Marsh specialist areas.

**Experience, Qualifications & Skills;**:
- ** Accurate and fast entering of information into databases.**:
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels with consideration and respect for ethnicity and cultural diversity.
- Able to use Microsoft Office products to support administration requirements of the role.
- Able to manage changing priorities and accept and adapt to changes within those priorities.
- Ability to complete administrative tasks quickly and accurately.
- A passion for safety.
- An understanding of Wellnz/NZProvide’s business relationships and systems.
- Motivated to succeed through being results oriented while maintaining client focus and a professional attitude.
- Displays organisational sensitivity by perceiving the impact and implications of decisions on the company and when required maintaining confidentiality.
- Willing to accept responsibility and accountability for own decisions and work.
- Clean and tidy presentation.
