We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Wellness Support Team as a Health Coach and ACC Claims Specialist.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating referrals for the ACC Sensitive Claims service and supporting the delivery of the Health Coach training programme.
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Referral Coordination: Ensure timely and effective support for patients and track and manage ACC claiming.
- Training Support: Provide organisational support and ensure seamless training processes for the Health Coach training programme.
- Collaboration: Foster a patient-centred approach while optimising efficiency and service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Sciences) - or current students close to completing their degree.
- Ideally, some experience working with Maori, Pacific, or Asian communities.
- Coordination or administrative experience, preferably within healthcare or social services.
