ECL Group has established a reputation as one of New Zealand's leading suppliers to the Petroleum and Technology industry, offering a range of services from fuel system design, critical infrastructure, project installation through to scheduled and reactive maintenance services. We have an exciting opportunity within our team for a Business Support Coordinator. They will undertake end to end support including analysis, dispatching and invoicing for all jobs completed by ECL Group.

**The role will include**:

- Initial analysis of jobs logged to ensure contract applicability and clear scope
- Preparation and dispatch of daily schedules, working closely with Area Supervisors to ensure correct skill allocation, effective use of resource and attendance within the agreed time frames
- Proactive planning of programmed maintenance tasks
- Review and approval of completed work for invoicing
- Ensure all jobs are accurately updated with relevant information including job management and escalation steps
- Excellent analytical skills and works well with numbers
- High level of accuracy with an eye for attention to detail
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Well developed critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Be hardworking, reliable and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
- Previous experience in a similar logistics, planning or job management role
