We are looking for three enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join and complement our after-hours Duty Nurse Manager (DNM) team.

It is essential that you have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly learn new tasks and multi-task efficiently. Previous administration experience, a strong degree of computer literacy and the ability to work in a supportive capacity are essential. Experience with hospital management systems would be advantageous.
- Te Whatu Ora staff must have completed their primary course of two NZ approved COVID-19 vaccinations as they have direct contact with patients and members of the public_._

**Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)**

You will support the after-hours Duty Nurse Manager by ensuring that all documentation relating to the role is maintained and up to date, as well as dealing with various telephone inquiries from within the hospital, our tertiary partners, other external agencies and members of the public.

**Shifts**:
**1.00PM and 9.30PM **weekdays

**10.00AM to 6.30PM **weekends

**Roster**: Your shifts will be rostered and rotating, Monday to Sunday, averaging 40 hours a fortnight (i.e. 5 x 8-hour days a fortnight).

It will be important that you have the flexibility to occasionally work additional shifts covering staff leave (planned and unplanned).

The full-time equivalent salary this position is $63,984 pro rata (i.e. based on a 40-hour week).
