Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional business support in a busy and collaborative environment. Your primary duties will include:
  • Customer Service: Providing top-notch customer service both internally and externally, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Data Entry: Accurately recording project and job-related information in multiple databases and ensuring tasks are managed to completion.
  • Asset Management: Overseeing and updating the asset management system.
  • Subcontractors: Maintaining subcontractor databases, prioritizing and allocating workloads.
  • Monthly Reports: Analysing data and preparing monthly reports for management and customers.
  • Accounts: Meeting financial reporting deadlines, completing monthly invoicing processes, raising purchase orders, invoices, and work orders.
  • Management Support: Providing high-level support to the Operations Manager, Team Leaders, and their teams.

Your Background:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar industry. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience in financial management and proficiency in tasks such as raising purchase orders, invoicing, and handling monthly billing procedures. Additionally, you should be proficient in the Microsoft suite of programs, Excel, Word, Outlook, and demonstrate expertise in data entry. A valid full NZ driver's license is also required.
