At Te Whatu Ora, we're looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team as a Secretarial Support Reliever. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day cover for administration and secretarial roles across various departments within the hospital.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth flow of patients throughout the hospital by performing a range of administrative tasks, including office administration, organising appointments, and liaising with other hospitals and funding providers.

You'll work closely with clinical staff to access vital patient clinical content, applying your attention to detail and skill for data management to support their work. Previous experience in administration and secretarial roles is essential, along with high computer literacy and the ability to work autonomously.
