Salary Information

Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Business Administrator Apprentice. As a key member of our Community Mental Health Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting service users who require a multi-disciplinary approach. Your primary responsibilities will include dealing with telephone enquiries, sorting incoming mail, making appointments, and liaising regularly with secondary care staff, laboratories, and GP surgeries.
Main Duties
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills and knowledge through our 18-month apprenticeship program. You will receive full training on the job to support you in performing the following tasks:
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and taking messages accordingly
