At Nelson Marlborough Health, we are dedicated to providing excellent healthcare services to the community. As a Secretarial Support Reliever, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administration and secretarial teams.
About the RoleThis is an opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to provide relief support to our administrative staff. You will work across various departments, helping to ensure the efficient flow of patients throughout the hospital.
- Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day cover for administration and secretarial roles, including office administration, organizing appointments, and liaising with other hospitals and funding providers.
- You will also be responsible for dictaphone typing of clinical correspondence and booking surgeries.
We are looking for someone who is able to adapt easily to frequent changes in work location and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
