Our Opportunity
As the Territory Sales Manager, you will drive revenue through existing RFS customers (predominantly dairy, café and bakery owners) and develop new customer accounts within your region.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Develop and implement sales-maximizing strategies through promotional programs and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the RFS customer on engagement scheduling for routine and promotional activities.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring a positive perception of the company and its products.
- Develop and maintain an efficient customer call cycle, completing directed administrative tasks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with key customers in collaboration with Sales Management.

About You
- Demonstrable experience in a Sales Rep or account management role
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent time management and professional presentation
- Good with systems and processes
- Current driver's licence & a willingness to travel
