**Job Description**:
Sitting within the Marketing, Digital &eComm Chapter Area (and reporting into a Digital Specialist Chapter Lead) you will be allocated to a squad, where you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to ultimately improve performance across our digital ecosystem. You will be joining a cohort of Digital Specialist Chapter Members that are spread across the wider business, so there is the comradery, knowledge sharing, and learning/development opportunities that comes hand in hand with joining our Digital Specialist chapter.

Primarily you will be involved with the operational/optimisation side of our websites, understanding the product data and ensuring it fits with the wider road map. Process engineering will form part of your repertoire - understanding and optimising how products flow to our website, along with testing and planning improvements for internal traffic channels for website journeys. Our number one aim is to make online shopping a breeze for our customers, so you will be working to improve the online customer experience every single day through internal search, category, filter performance and personalisation. You will work in platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Dynamic Yield daily to configure data to convert better online.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a high energy individual who wants to take this role and own it We love initiative and a thirst to learn. The role will require you to work quickly and juggle many tasks, across a number of systems at once. You will have a passion and curiosity for finding ways to be more efficient, through automation or simply questioning business processes, along with the patience to do mundane tasks at times. You will be acutely tuned into consumer behaviours and retail trends. Our wish list also includes:

- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with data
- Excellent communication skills - you will be collaborating with diverse cross functional teams
- Ability to see through the customers eyes when reviewing data
- Experience with master data management platforms.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience would be a bonus
- Experience with XML and HTML/CSS would be a bonus
- Understanding of Google Analytics.
- SQL capability.
