Company Description

We are looking for an intermediate level Researcher to come join us, with exceptional storytelling and a love for digging into data to aid impactful decision making. This role guarantees exposure to compelling and high impact projects

**Job Description**:
Sitting within the Insights, Data & Services Chapter area (and reporting into the Research Chapter Lead) you will be allocated to a squad, where you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver outcomes identified as part of the Quarterly Business Review process.

Essentially, you will be responsible for providing insight that enhances our business decision making, by putting stakeholder (customer, shopper and employee) understanding at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for the development and execution of research programs to support key strategic initiatives, empowering the business to make customer centric decisions. You will work with key stakeholders to develop frameworks (utilising design thinking) that help us to understand the key ‘Jobs To Do’ across all areas of our business, helping to prioritise activities that drive incremental value. Equally important, will be identifying opportunities for business growth and ultimately optimising our brand delivery. All whilst being mindful of priorities - so being a master in prioritising initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
Your ability to make things happen, influence at all levels and your comfort to work at pace will sum up success in the role. We will rely on your ability to translate business needs and customer problems into research solutions, coupled with your excellent storytelling skills. This visible role will see you work cross functionally with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels, so your strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills will put you in good stead.

Our wish-list also includes:

- Previous research experience - from agency, or client side
- A leaning towards Quant research experience would be a plus
- Expertise in research techniques and methodologies
- Design thinking knowledge would be a bonus
- Exposure to Voice of Customer programmes would be a plus but not essential
- A pragmatic and resilient work style
- An appetite for test and learn/ experimentation
