**About the Role**:
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CMS Chapter Lead. As an integral member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our CMS capabilities, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment, and leading a talented and diverse team.

**Day to day you will**:

- People Development Strategy:

- Formulate and implement an inclusive strategy for the holistic professional development of CMS chapter team members.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, promoting skill enhancement to keep the team at the forefront of diverse CMS expertise.
- Offer mentorship and guidance, supporting team members in their growth and career advancement.
- CMS Management:

- Oversee end-to-end CMS management, prioritising optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with both business objectives and user needs.
- Stay current with trends, updates, and best practices, driving innovation within the chapter.
- Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute a forward-looking strategy for the CMS chapter, aligning technological solutions with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements, translating them into actionable plans for CMS development and enhancement.
- Team Leadership:

- Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Instil accountability, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions within specified timelines and scope.

- In-depth knowledge of AEM best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
