**What you’ll be doing**:
Lead the design and implementation of a sustainable product offering for kiwis facing exclusion from the digital world. You’ll collaborate with Chorus teams, Retail Service Providers and external partners including government to understand the digital equity landscape and propose effective and achievable solution(s) to meet the needs of digitally excluded communities.

This role requires wide and deep stakeholder engagement, understanding of the commercial and market landscape and the ability to pull all of these threads together into a cohesive strategy. Last but not least, you’ll need to support and guide our teams in the execution of that strategy to ensure we use our resources efficiently to help kiwis in need.

This is a fixed-term role for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

**What you’ll bring to the table**:
This role needs a strong product and commercial focus, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of kiwis in need.

You’ll need:

- Strong knowledge of telecommunications and technology industry, with a deep understanding of digital equity issues and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid analysis / logical reasoning - can interpret and use the data and insights
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to craft a compelling business case
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and customers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
- A passion for, and basic understanding of, the digital equity landscape in New Zealand
