**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
Our Sector Digital Channels team plays a pivotal role as a catalyst for change in our nationally enabled services. Our mission is to create digital solutions that are both cost-effective and sustainable, revolutionizing accessibility through user-friendly digital self-service options and assisted channels. Through automation and seamless integration, we aim to ease the burden on our workforce.
Our team proudly takes the lead in managing, delivering, and offering unwavering support for all our national external services. These services, curated by Data and Digital, are tailored for entities beyond Te Whatu Ora, Te Aka Whai Ora, and ManatūHauora. Additionally, our team champions the development and oversight of APIs that foster interconnectedness across the various systems and services employed by external parties, such as the National Immunisation Register and Health Practitioner Index.
**Mōu | About you**
As our Team Lead Salesforce Delivery, you will be at the heart of our Sector Digital Channels, shaping the Salesforce delivery capability. You will collaborate closely with CRM product teams, guiding programs of work across our diverse Salesforce landscape. Plus, you get to lead by example, ensuring our teams work seamlessly within an efficient delivery model, using common components to scale up.
But that's not all You'll be the friendly face connecting our team with other stakeholders, aligning our efforts with broader goals, and being a mentor who's passionate about nurturing individual growth. Together, we'll harness our collective talents to create outstanding software solutions, elevating Te Whatu Ora's success and enhancing our end-users' experience.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Proficiency across the Salesforce platform and products e.g., Health Cloud, Omni studio etc.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in leading Salesforce platform teams before, being involved with hiring, managing, and growing people from a variety of backgrounds.
- Experience in Salesforce development, either in a senior or lead position.
- Exceptional planning and organisational experience.
- Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing suppliers and vendors.
- Strong financial management of operational budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and encourage teams in an environment of change, financial prudence, and an increasing level of digital maturity across the organisation.
- Sound delivery experience across a range of delivery styles including experience with agile team facilitation, matrix model delivery and product teams.
- Knowledge of the Health Sector and Government is preferred but not essential.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
