**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
The Faculty of Law is currently seeking a **Group Services and Events Administrator** to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with the main purpose of providing administrative support for staff and academic related administrative processes.
Some other key responsibilities include:
- Support results submission for some core and adjunct courses, including Excel analytical analysis of grade distribution
- Application of the Faculty assessment/penalty policy for some core and adjunct courses
- Assist the Faculty’s adjunct lecturers in the use of Canvas, the University’s Learning Management System
- Support the administration of the tutorial programme
- Support the administration of the mooting programme
- Provide support and advice for digital assessment set-up including online examinations
- Committee support and minute-taking
- Provide support or undertake other allocated general administration duties, as required, by the Group Services Manager
This is a fulltime (37.5 hours per week), permanent position.
Remuneration: $53,000 - $58,000 dependent on experience

We are looking for a detail-oriented person with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. The person should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about the education sector. If you are a highly organised and adaptable person with proven administrative and logístical experience in a customer facing role, we would like to hear from you.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent gained through relevant experience
- 2 to 3 years' experience delivering high quality administrative support
- Experience of working with and understanding the needs of a diverse range of clients
- Experience of working effectively in a team setting AND working independently with sole responsibility for coordinating an end-to-end process/activity
