Join Te Whatu Ora at a key time of change where you will meaningfully contribute to our kaupapa of creating a more equitable, accessible, cohesive and people-centred health system. This is mahi that will improve the health and wellbeing of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it.
**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
Our Digital Enterprise Services team leads the way in merging our ICT infrastructure, reducing duplication to simplify our operations, making things smoother to handle and maintain. We're all about striving for excellence
Our team plays a crucial role in building a strong digital foundation and ensuring operational success. We're the driving force behind our organisation's modern infrastructure, adapting to evolving technology while ensuring stability, scalability, and modernisation. Our focus is not just on technology but also on delivering top-notch service.
We've got a lot on our plate From overseeing the national ITSM and Service Desk functions to managing workspace tools, core infrastructure, integration platforms, and more, we've got you covered. We're here to build upon our rich history and legacy, ushering in the future with contemporary platforms that seamlessly transition us from the old ways to the new.
**Mōu | About you**
As our Group Manager Digital Workspace, you will lead a talented group of tech experts within our Digital Enterprise Services. This team is a vital part of our collaborative tech community, working closely with other groups to bring modern solutions like software-defined networks and cloud telephony to the forefront. Guiding this transition from old-school tech to modern solutions like software-defined networks and cloud telephony is a major challenge. Your role involves supporting our people during this change, helping them pave the way from the past to the future.
Picture yourself at the heart of the action, making decisions about investments, timing, and execution. Overcoming challenges and making the right choices at the right time will be your superpower. You'll craft strategic roadmaps to address our national telephony needs and propel our SDN strategy forward, even when faced with obstacles. Your success in this role means aiming for initiatives that align perfectly with our goals, breaking away from outdated norms to do what's right, not just what's easy.
Speaking of leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in steering our Network & Communications capabilities to success. By streamlining our support systems through technology standardisation, we'll unlock resources for innovation. You'll foster a culture of continuous improvement and system reliability, making sure our Network & Communications seamlessly weave into our Data & Digital strategy. And let's not forget about our customers - your guidance will ensure our teams deliver top-notch availability and performance, exceeding customer expectations every time.
Fairness is at the core of our values. Your role involves prioritizing Network & Communications investments to uplift those who need it most, preventing any location from being left behind. As a key player in aligning Network & Communications with change programs, you'll equip your teams with the necessary tools and training to implement and support these changes successfully.
