**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
This is a pivotal role responsible for delivering and executing innovative creative services and campaign strategies that:
Supports Te Whatu Ora strategic goals
- Enhances the organisation's brand imagine and reputation
- Delivers measurable results; and
- Reflects the needs of the people we need to reach and influence.
**Mōu | About you**
You will oversee the development and delivery of engaging creative services and campaign strategies that reach and resonate with intended audiences. Oversee the development and delivery of appropriate and innovative web and digital solutions to reach users of health services and diverse communities Optimises browse, search, and content. Maintain a thorough understanding of the organisation's priorities, resources, and other contribution success factors to inform all work. Contribute to the Communications & Engagement Leadership team and its collective mission to build internal and external trust and confidence.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Multiple years of experience managing creative services and developing campaigns, including the digital landscape, channels, and services (in the range of 10 years) with proven success with engaging and influencing diverse groups that demonstrates capability for this senior communications leadership role for Te Whatu Ora, along with an understanding of the public sector.
- Demonstrates exceptional relationship building, interpersonal, collaborative, and customer-focused skills and experience, and success in the presentation of materials and ideas to achieve cut through and impact of work developed for an organisation.
- Has creative problem-solving skills, savvy judgment, and confident decision-making skills under pressure. Is highly organised, able to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Able to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily using analytics, critical thinking, and established networks of contacts to tap expertise.
- A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in a related area (PR, communications, journalism, marketing, commerce) or relevant workforce experience.
