Use your expert skill as an established Executive Assistant to support the DCE People. You will be part of a team passionate about what they doMō tēnei tūranga - About the role: As the Executive Assistant to the DCE People you'll focus on providing a first-rate support service. You will provide high level executive support including managing their busy schedule and acting as a first point of contact on their behalf. You will proactively plan and coordinate meetings and events, as well as provide general administrative support to the DCE. Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you'll bring to the role: For this position, you will have strong experience in providing exceptional support at an executive level and will be able to get up to speed quickly. Your professionalism and adaptability will match this position's importance, diversity, and pace. You will have strong attention to detail and time management. You will have proven ability to work collaboratively in a team to deliver exceptional support To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will have:

- Prior experience as an executive assistant to executive leadership within a large complex organisation
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, specifically within calendar management
- Excellent relationship skills within a large, complex environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to demonstrate initiative and a positive approach to problem solving
- A passion for being part of a team focused on delivering a safe, positive and inclusive environment for all Fire and Emergency personnel

The salary range for this role is $81,524 - $90,583 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.Ko wai mātou - Who are we?
