As the Dealer Manager for Aftersales & Operations, you will play a critical role in managing the aftersales department and ensuring smooth operational efficiency. This position requires an individual with extensive experience in aftersales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the aftersales department, including service, parts, and maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with various teams, such as technicians, parts personnel, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent aftersales support.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of aftersales services and products.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, promptly addressing any concerns or issues in a professional manner.
- Manage inventory levels, parts ordering, and pricing to optimise profitability while meeting customer demands.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to the aftersales team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure the dealership remains competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aftersales management, preferably within the trucking or automotive industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams effectively.
- In-depth understanding of aftersales operations, including service, parts, and maintenance.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis to drive performance improvements.
- Sound knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
