Your role

To acquire, grow and retain a portfolio of corporate NZ clients through leveraging existing networks and working with the new business team.

What you'll be doing

About the Role:

- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships, including essential contacts, account dealing preferences, and activity flows for foreign exchange hedging needs
- Works closely with internal departments as client needs arise including credit, compliance, operations, sales
- Drive account retention and growth of wallet share through strong relationship management, understanding of Corpay’s products, platforms, and offerings
- Answering and processing inbound/outbound calls.
- Booking and confirming client transactions across available products - spots, limit orders, forwards, options etc.
- Monitor and manage accounts in accordance with all key metrics
- Direct communication with client(s) (in-person, phone, electronic) on a frequency that is acceptable to the client(s)
- Exhibit and utilize knowledge of foreign exchange industry and payment solutions to support clients cash flow, product pricing and profitability
- Attend all scheduled trainings, meetings, or other events as assigned by manager or other levels of leadership
- Responsible for all other duties assigned as needed

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years previous account management experience in financial services industry preferable but not necessary
- 3+ years’ experience in a middle office or client-facing role within the Financial Services sector. FX experience would be an advantage.
- Passionate about global financial markets and FX
- Copes very well in a high stress, fast paced environment
- Has strong attention to details
- Has strong communication skills both in spoken and written English
- Sound numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
