The administrative assistant is an organized and dynamic individual. They are comfortable
communicating with management and staff. They have a passion for organization and helping
things run on schedule.
- Manage accounts registered with the New Zealand and Global offices and provide excellent
customer service for clients, always ensuring their inquiries are being properly
addressed.
- Process submissions for Halal Certificates, ensuring all information and
documentation uploaded in the system are accurate. These documents may include,
but are not limited to it, Health Certificates, Bill of Ladings, Production Reports, and
Import Permits.
- Provide management with daily reports and weekly performance disclosures.
- Keep records of all documents and ensure they are being properly stored according to
the company’s guidelines.
- Support management with several other administrative tasks and generate insightful
reports.
- Effectively proofread by meeting company standards to ensure the accuracy of
documentation.

- You can work as a team as well as being able to complete tasks independently.
- You are open to feedback and willing to improve when necessary.
- You are proactive and creative.
- You possess excellent customer service skills, which will allow you to deal with
different actors both within the company or its sister companies and outside of it,
when involving existing or prospective clients.
- You can handle confidential information and adhere to the company’s protocols.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel and Outlook.
- You are a highly organized individual and pay exceptional attention to detail.
- You are ambitious and career driven.
- You are Bilingual (preferred)
- You possess excellent and reliable written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Auckland CBD, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
