This is a pivotal role based in our Auckland office, where you will support our Client Engagement team. This role is vital to our customer journey and you will be responsible for booking meetings for our clients, organising travel for consultants, sort incoming calls and ensure they are transferred to the right person.
This is an entry-level role for someone with the ability to multitask along with attention to detail, the ability to follow processes and procedures and excellent coordination and communications skills. Travel booking and calendar management experience would be advantageous.
