The purpose of this role is to provide excellent service and support to 3 partners within the business, ensuring key operational tasks are completed effectively and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:
Diary Management

Invoicing/Billing

Drafting and preparing letters/documents

Organising Travel

Assisting with Event organisation

Supporting the wider team with administration tasks

**So, Who Are You?**

A self-motivated, proactive administrator, who ideally has previous experience in an administration or PA role supporting a team or senior manager.

Attributes we are looking for are:
Excellent interpersonal skills

Proactive personality

Strong interpersonal skills

Attention to detail

Strong communication skills are a must along with being a team player as you will be working in a tight-knit team and with external stakeholders. Lastly, due to the nature of the organisation, you will have the ability to multi-task and manage your time and workload effectively.
