- **About the role**:
This is an excellent role if you are looking to carve out your career within a strong Financial Services brand. This role will see you enjoy a mix of credit control/accounting, administration, investigating and liaison between the brokers Your day to day duties will look like this:
- Processing and loading new agreements, direct debit changes and endorsements
- Handling enquiries including terminations, cancellations, and refund requests
- Credit management for payment arrears and handling of the daily dishonours process
- Performing daily bank reconciliation process
- Processing and receipting monthly payments
- Providing expert customer service and assistance to the Brokers
**He kōrero mōu - About you**
- You will ideally have previous experience within financial services - Accounts/Administration/Collections/Credit control ideally
- You have the strong ability to prioritise - You are able to drop what you are doing for an urgent priority and then pick up where you left off.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to engage with the brokers
- Tech savvy and have strong excel skills
- Attitude to learn, give your 100% and have pride in the job you are doing
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Love working with numbers is a must
