We are looking for an extraordinary PA to proactively support and work alongside our Medical Services Manager. This role is based at Nelson Hospital and you will engage daily with our people at every level of the organisation.

The salary for this position is $67,932 to $70,951 per annum pro rata based on a full-time position.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic self-starter with confidence, a vibrant personality, a sense of humour and a passion to make a real difference to enable our communities to live well, stay well and get well. You will bring several years of experience in a similar role ideally within the health sector, or other complex environments.

Your communication skills will be second to none, so too your commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will display confidence in prioritising your own workflow and managing your deadlines. You will be working as part of a high performing team and will consistently display confidentiality and discretion.
- Te Whatu Ora staff must have completed their primary course of two NZ approved COVID-19 vaccinations._

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
