**About Summerset**:
Summerset is the second largest retirement village operator in New Zealand. We're passionate about providing quality service to our clients and we are growing quickly, with 39+ villages from Whangarei down to Dunedin.
**Job Description** About the Role**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the overall property and gardening maintenance and presentation
- Ensuring that the look and feel of the Village meets the high standards that Summerset demands

**Qualifications** About You**:
You will be a self-motivated & that is handy with tools a passionate professional who would describe themselves as a people person. You will have the ability to carry out a variety of property and gardening tasks. To be successful you will bring:

- DIY and maintenance experience
- Great organizational skills and efficiency
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Valid driver's licence
