As their organisation continues to expand, they are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to their executive team. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to achieving excellence.

You will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks that will enable their team to focus on strategic initiatives and achieve goals effectively. They are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong administrative and operations background.

This is a full-time permanent position, typically speaking hours of work are Monday - Friday (however, flexibility required for work in the weekends as required).

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional and discreet manner
- Compile data and information
- Collaborate and build professional relationships with teams
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the executive office through continuous improvement initiatives

- Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
