We now have an outstanding opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our Sales Team on the 12-month fixed term contract. This role is primarily responsible for customer interactions with Foodstuffs. The bulk of the role is performed in Auckland; however, some regional travel will be required. You'll be accountable for delivery of annual financial targets, including but not limited to gross margin, gross sales & market share. You will execute the fundamentals of account management so they in line with policy and guidelines such as: promotional program, trade spend management and approval & forecasting. You will play a lead role in the NAM group by coaching and developing Account Managers to deliver the Foodstuffs plan; including setting promotional guidelines, helping account managers with ROI decisions, attending key store management meetings and support the S&OP process and contribute to monthly forecast process.

To be considered for this position you'll first and foremost be highly passionate about organics and the health & wellness category. Secondly, you'll have experience as a National Account Manager in particular working with Foodstuffs. You'll be a passionate National Account Manager looking for a sea change to a business that has products you can get behind and align with. You'll have a natural ability for negotiations and sales with an outstanding ability to develop excellent mutually beneficial relationships. You are commercially astute and know what it takes to be successful as a National Account Manager. You are a self-starter that enjoys the fast-paced work environments but equally have the desire to be part of something bigger than yourself.
