We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our team in Petone to support our Project Manager.

You will be responsible for supporting the team with managing building contracts and tracking jobs from start to finish
- Key responsibilities include but not limited to:_
- Process job info and create estimates/quotes
- Scheduling
- Key stakeholder management
- Invoicing
- End to end job management

**Requirements**:

- Proven administrative skills
- Experience using job management software
- Construction industry experience preferred but not essential
- Exceptional communication ability
- Ability to work at pace with strong attention to detail
- Strong customer centric focus
