**Job Summary**
You will meet and greet internal and external clients, answering the telephone and directing calls, assisting with queries, solving problems and going that extra mile for those you interact with. Your aim is to be a “general knowledge specialist”, you may not be able to physically provide the solution but can connect those in need with the right people or solution.Be responsible for coordinating the smooth running of back-of house workplace and facilities management services of our Auckland officeCoordinate NZ employee workplace assets supplies and systems that enable our employees to work from any location including our offices, home or client/project sites,Assist with building maintenance tasks and liaising with suppliers, contractors, and vendors.Undertake onboarding and offboarding our employees,Ensure our front of house, individual and collaborative work settings are easy to use and well presented,Assist with some of or all of the following: prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, maintains inventory of office supplies.Use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work.
**Minimum Requirements**Intermediate/Senior receptionist experience.Client focused (both internal and external clients).Demonstrate time management and organisational skills.Excellent analytical, writing, communication and interpersonal skills.High level attention to detail and accuracy.Passionate, collaborative and supportive team member.
