My client designs and install’s workplace technology solutions for companies of all sizes - bringing you workplace automation at its best. They offer complete office technology to support a hybrid working environment, or to achieve complete standardisation across global offices, they will design and install a solution that is a perfect fit for any business needs, and one that is easy for anyone to use. They are an award-winning Ponsonby based company specialising in designing and installing technology systems in residential and commercial environments.
We seek a highly organised person to manage the dispatch the team of technicians. The Service Coordinator plays a vital, client facing role and so must exude customer service, diplomacy, and have the ability to work with people to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
You will need to be well organised and be able to work with moving project timeframes, liaising with clients, their tradespeople, internal stakeholders (project managers, sales consultants, and technicians) to organise technician’s calendars and dispatch them to jobs.
A key component of this role is invoicing service calls which must be done in a timely manner and with a high level of accuracy. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Timely, professional contact with clients and their tradespeople showing a high level of customer focus whilst liaising regarding job timing and bookings
- Managing technician’s calendars and scheduling site visits
- Executing tasks within certain timeframes, and ensuring key information is communicated
- Carrying out operational planning and coordinating the allocation of resources
- Arranging meetings with key stakeholders.
- Liaising with team members regarding job details, calendar changes, project statuses and client needs
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as invoicing service calls and maintaining accurate and up-to-date database information in a timely, accurate manner
This role would suit a mature minded person who can work with autonomy. No technical knowledge is necessary and full training will be given. Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills and some knowledge of invoicing will have you hit the ground running. Excellent command of the English language required.
