Answer customer calls and satisfy to their requests.
Manage the inbox queries diligently.
Conduct administrative roles according to the requirements of your colleagues.
Previous experience working in administrative role would be great.

Good written and verbal communication.

Sound knowledge of MS suite & software (word, excel, etc)
Minimum 3 years in administration roles, contracts/trades admin experience beneficial
Strong admin & data entry abilities
