**Your part to play;**
- Support the development of the strategic business plan for NZ, with a focus on the elements related to partner acquisition and growth with existing partners
- Develop and deliver training to accounting partners on how to grow their business using the Figured platform
- Work with the Product team to represent the needs of the market, bringing insight from the field into the product process from all customer channels.
- Develop a partner success plan for the market and lead its execution
- Lead post-sales business development opportunities with our leading accounting partners.
- Develop a close working relationship with Figured friends, including Xero and MYOB and potential integration partners to achieve common outcomes

- Natural problem solver with the ability to identify and navigate roadblocks before they derail a project
- Driven and a self-starter with a proven track record of achieving outcomes
- Demonstrated success in developing your customer's business that goes beyond just ‘making the sale’
- Ability to set goals for yourself, clearly communicate those and own activities within the wider business to help you achieve your goals
- Resilience and patience are required to build relationships and lead customers through their change journey
